MECHANICAL UPGRADE – 15 STATE ST.
This contract consisted of the replacement of air conditioning equipment. This included the removal and replacement of one air handling unit and two (2) condensing units on the roof of the 11-story building. Another air handling unit at the bottom of the building’s air-shaft was removed and the roof replaced. The work within the building included the removal and reconfiguration of ductwork serving the first floor and mezzanine. New control dampers were installed at the connections to the supply riser on each floor. The full scope of work included mechanical, plumbing, electrical and associated work to provide a fully operational cooling system for the building.

VA PROVIDENCE DUCT & FIRE DAMPER
Numerous areas of the medical facility,
(i.e., patient wards, psychiatric
ward, surgery and many other areas
of the facility) were included in this
project. The scope included us to
supply all labor, material, equipment
and supervision to remove old
fire dampers and replace with new;
install access doors; remove abandoned
ductwork and restore existing
fire rated walls and floors. Work
included fire alarm modifications;
testing and programming; and the
installation of three new pairs of fire
alarm activated cross-corridor fire
doors. Incidental asbestos removal
and stringent dust control was also
required.

NPS SAND SLURRY PIPELINE/REROOFING
NPS SAND SLURRY PIPELINE/REROOFING
This project required all materials, labor and supervision to construct a 3 1/2 mile 12" diameter pipeline for the purpose of controlling beach erosion. A new pre-engineered metal building (25X28) will be constructed on a reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab. In addition a 2nd project required all materials, labor and supervision to re-roof four (4) buildings in the Ft Hancock Historic District NPS Gateway Nat’l Recreation Area Sandy Hook Unit, NJ.

USCG HVAC & CONTROL-MULTIPLE SITES
This project required all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal associated with the Design/Build for the replacement of the existing HVAC systems and all new controls located 3 different US Coast Guard sites; USCG Point Allerton, USCG Station Gloucester, & USCG Merrimack. At Point Allerton the existing boilers were left in place.
